Being a Grown-Up Can Be Difficult

Do you ever feel like you could be a kid again and not have to worry about bills, debt and budgets? This week was one of those weeks where I wished I could have went back in time to the simpler days. I suppose the hardest part about being an adult is that we have so many responsibilities. And if we don’t stay on top of some responsibilities things go wrong. Things went very wrong for me these last couple of weeks but it was completely my lack of staying on top of things.

Mistakes will happen in life but some mistakes are hard to let go of. I suppose the best way to get through the pain of making mistakes is to take actions steps to not go through them again. Stay focused, stay focused, stay focused. I have to keep reminding myself to stay focused.

I occasionally think it’d be nice to stay a kid, though most would agree that I am not far off anyways.

Hey, do banks foreclose on children? If not, maybe I’ll stop paying my mortgage, tell them I lied about my age, and play the poor starving orphan card.

Anyway, you’re right. Focus, focus, focus. Always stay in the present moment.

    …or marry into money.
